They were the only ones who would work with us to customize it how we needed it to be. Everything was done correctly. Our project manager Steve was amazing. He is very communicative and responsive. He makes sure every step is done thoroughly. He is kind and understanding to what good quality means. Even after the project was done he made sure that we were taken care of and even came out to help us a time or two. I couldn’t recommend Cody Pools enough. It’s hard to find quality and decent contractors and businesses here in Florida but they are top notch! I highly recommend them. Communicate with them what your needs are and they will take care of the rest.

What I love about them is even when the pool is complete Larry and Steve always answer if I’m not sure what’s going on with my pool. He was honest and made sure we knew what to expect. The reality is, it took time and there were delays that couldn’t be controlled but communication through all of it really made a difference. Todd is clearly organized and spent a lot of time with us. We owe him our gratitude on so many levels. We consider Todd a friend now and welcome him at our dinner table. Larry was our sales guy, he was responsive and knowledgeable. He even came to our home the day after he had surgery. We love our pool, it’s beautiful and has some really neat character to it.
